You Land. We Take It From There.
Landing in a new country is one thing. Actually settling in is another. Most agencies stop at the visa. We are just getting started.
We Are There When You Land
After a long flight to a country you have never been to before, the last thing you want is to figure out how to get from the airport to your accommodation alone. We offer an airport pickup service so that when you walk out of arrivals, there is a familiar face already waiting for you. We take you directly to your accommodation, make sure you are settled in, and make sure you know where everything is before we leave. It sounds like a small thing but for a student arriving alone for the first time in a foreign country it makes an enormous difference. You go from feeling alone and overwhelmed to feeling like someone actually has your back from the very first moment you land.

A Place to Stay From Day One
Finding accommodation before you arrive in Australia can be genuinely difficult, especially when you are trying to do it from overseas without being able to visit in person. You cannot always sign a long term lease before you arrive and many students end up in expensive hotels or stressed out trying to sort something at the last minute. We help you arrange temporary accommodation for your first weeks in Australia so you have somewhere safe, comfortable, and affordable to stay from the moment you land. This gives you time to settle in, find your feet, explore the area, and properly research your long term accommodation options before committing to anything.

Your Tax File Number — Get It Done Early
A Tax File Number, or TFN, is a personal number issued by the Australian Tax Office that you need before you can legally work in Australia. Without a TFN your employer is required to withhold a much higher tax rate from your pay and you will not be able to get that money back easily. Getting your TFN is free and the application is done online through the Australian Tax Office website. It sounds simple but a lot of students put it off or do not know how to do it correctly. We walk you through the application step by step as soon as you arrive so it is done and out of the way before you even start looking for work.
Getting Your Australian Identity Set Up
When you first arrive in Australia there are several official registrations and documents you need to sort out before you can fully function here. We guide you through all of them so nothing gets missed and nothing gets delayed. We help you understand which government registrations apply to you as an international student.
How to get a proof of age or identity document recognised in Australia, how to register with Medicare if you are eligible, and any other government processes that are relevant to your situation. Getting these things done early saves you a lot of headaches later.

Getting Your Australian Bank Account Open
You need an Australian bank account to receive your wages, pay your rent, and manage your money while you are here. Opening one as a new arrival is straightforward but there are things to know. Different banks have different offerings for international students and some are significantly better than others in terms of fees, app functionality, and how easy they are to deal with. We guide you through choosing the right bank for your situation and walk you through the account opening process. Most major Australian banks allow you to open an account online before you even arrive and then activate it in person when you land. We make sure you know exactly what to do and what documents to bring so the process is quick and painless.

Finding Your Community in Australia
Moving to a new country is not just about study and logistics. It is about feeling at home. And for Arab students that means knowing where the mosque is, where to find halal food, and where to find people who understand your background and your values. Australia has established Arab and Muslim communities in every major city and we make sure you know where they are from day one. We connect you with the nearest mosques, halal restaurants, Arab grocery stores, and local community groups. Feeling connected makes the hard days less hard and the good days even better. We want you to feel at home in Australia as quickly as possible.
